Patrick, an Italian from Genova, and Clare, an English girl from Cornwall, decided to learn the secrets of these Genovese aromas and share them with the rest of the world. So, with their lesson learnt, they travelled to Barcelona with the idea of opening the city´s first focacceria.
They were roaming the streets looking for the premises of their dreams...when they met on a bench in the Plaza Bonsuccés, just off the Ramblas, to eat a “bocadillo”(sandwich) and compare notes. In front of them, they saw a sign with a shop up for rent and that is how the first Buenas Migas was born…
